The following documents are available to investigators and attorneys only. These medical records are mine, so I do have the right to share how I wish. I would like to share them as supporting evidence to help other patients with their medical malpractice lawsuits.

The following documents are as they were provided to me as the patient.

I have read online that multiple law firms are investigating Ardent Health for financial crimes. The patient billing accounts for UT Health East Texas are managed my Ardent Health. So If my medical bills can help in those investigations – those investigators can have whatever they think might help. Just send me a request for what you want.
