UT Health East Texas hospital complete medical history of my time as a patient. The way things are organized in the MyChart site makes it hard to connect services, symptoms, diagnoses, billing, labs and images. The way things are put together here makes them easy to read, understand and connect for a complete medical history.
HIPAA laws prevent hospitals and care providers from sharing patient medical records. In fairness, its important to know that the medical providers listed here are unable to explain why they chose their treatments plans and results. I did notify UT Health East Texas of my intention to share my medical record publicly on October 21, 2025 using privacyoffice@uthet.com. UT Health had no response or objection, so we are good to go.
As I am the patient in the these medical records, I can share as much or as little as I want. There are laws restricting me from lying or spreading defamatory / libel information about he doctors and hospital. Truthful and factual information contained within my medical records are not defamatory.
