Fungus Rash Clinic Visit Dr. Susan McMullen 4/22/2022. I do remember this office visit. I had some weird brown spots on the inside of my elbows. I was pretty shocked to find out if was some kind of fungus. I never heard of such a thing. Dr. McMullen prescribed me a cream, and it worked very fast to get rid of the rash.
