Dr. McMullen actual ordered an “Abdomen CT With Contrast’ on 3/23/2022 but I received the sonogram. Looks like there was some kind of issue with my medical records.

  • 2. THERE IS A 1.3 CM CHOLELITH / Gallstone WITHOUT SONOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE FOR ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS.
  • 3. THE REMAINING ABDOMEN AND FOUR-QUADRANT ULTRASOUND ARE NORMAL.
