- UTMG Home Sleep Testing at UTMG Tyler Sleep Center 2/9/2023 is in my medical records, but the information is CONFUSING!
- I have an outpatient visit on 2/9/2023. Then of course it says I’m doing home sleep test at UTMG – Tyler. On the exact same medical record it says Date: 2/13/23 2:46PM. Even more confusing is that it says that home sleep test is being performed by Dr. David Jones and authorized by Dr. George Gass.
- Since the medical records is so confusing, I’m not exactly sure as to what happened when or by who.
- UTMG- Tyler is also connected to this sleep study somehow, but nothing comes up on Google. So its possibly UT Medical Group or UT Medicine Group.
On This Day I Had Been Taking Pantoprazole Non – Stop For:
- 1 years 0 months 1 days =
- or 12 months 1 days = 10 MONTHS and 1 DAY longer than the FDA recommended 2 MONTHS
- or 52 weeks 2 days = 44 WEEKS and 2 DAYS longer than the FDA recommended 8 WEEKS
- or 366 days = 310 DAYS longer than the recommended 56 DAYS
The Food And Drug Administration (FDA) warns in the drug label that long-term use of Pantoprazole can cause some serious side-effects. The FDA recommended treatment time for Pantoprazole is 8 WEEKS.
What I Do Know As FACT About This Sleep Test
I went to a clinic for an appointment. Then from that appointment, they ordered a sleep test. After the order was placed, I went to another clinic to pick up some kind of sensor / monitor machine. I wore the monitor to sleep 1 night. Then I returned the machine shortly after. I went back later to find out I did’nt have sleep apnea.
The appointment and medical records are very confusing. Its would be only guessing to try to figure out who I seen, where and what they did.
This is also the sleep test that was referred to by Dr. McMullen. On 11/8/22 Dr. McMullen put that she ordered 3 blood test, but she didn’t actually order those test. It is my guess – that my Ambetter Health insurance required the blood test before pre – authorizing coverage for the sleep study.
