I’m truly amazed by what doesn’t count as Supporting evidence to the Texas Medical Board. As I just received a notice that on March 26, 2026 that the Texas Medical Board has closed my complaint due to “Lack of Supporting Evidence”.
Yall remember that I submitted my complaint as the patient in these medical records. I am not a doctor or attorney.
This is one of my biggest pieces of evidence, but as I said Texas Medical Board didn’t see any problem with this.
This Evidence Is Extra Special
I did contact Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Joint Commission about pressing charges on UT Health East Texas and Dr. McMullen for changing my medical records to cover up malpractice.
On February 14, 2026 I actually emailed these proofs to (HHS), Joint Commission and Texas Medical Board. This is supposed to be 3 completely separate government agencies that deal with illegal changes to medical records.
In this email, there were 18 different documents proving my complaint.
Solid Proof Of Illegal Changes To Medical Records
Lets start with a text message from 7/14/25 I sent to Dr. McMullen telling her that I believe I had a bacteria infection.

My next clinic visit was the afternoon of July 16, 2025. Dr. McMullen said that with all of the blood test she ordered, she wouldn’t need to a urine sample for testing. I asked her and she declined to test.
So I did the test as an outpatient she ordered and went home. I thought she was testing for a bacterial infection as part of all of the test she ordered that day.
Then I got even sicker the day after this clinic visit on July 17, 2025. I did send her a message in MyChart letting her know that I was getting worse. She did not respond telling me to come in to the clinic, since I was during clinic hours. She didn’t tell me to get emergency care. She responded by telling me “Interesting, but honestly cannot explain the conglomeration of symptoms. All that wonderful lab still pending.”

Since I was being turned away by my primary care doctor, I went to a completely different hospital for help. I went into the Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room in Dallas. And during that visit the doctor tested me for a bacteria infection.
Lab test results from Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room in Dallas saying that I had a Urinary Track Infection (UTI) that was so severe that the bacteria had spread into my blood. It was found because the Presbyterian doctor ordered labs to test for a bacteria infection.

And here is the undeniable proof that Dr. McMullen and UT Health East Texas hospital changed my medical records to try to cover up the malpractice.
The clinic notes for July 16, 2025, the day I did all of the blood test, but was told I didn’t need a urine test. Its also the day before I got sick at home. AND 2 days after I sent the message to Dr. McMullen asking to be tested for a bacterial infection.
The diagnosis on 7/16/25 circled of “Bacteremia Due To Escherichia Coli” was taken from the Psybterian Dallas ER and placed in the medical record from the previous day AS IF Dr. McMullen had diagnosed the bacterial infection on 7/16/25. I remember very clearly that she told me that she didn’t need urine test on that day.

Oh and there is more proof supporting my complaint that UT Health East Hospital actually helped Dr. McMullen with the cover-up.
So of course after all of this happens, I contact UT Health and make a complaint about the health care I received.
On October 13, 2025 a Roslene Pruitt (Risk Manager and Patient Advocate) sent me a letter. She mentions how my white blood cell count was normal on 7/16/25 and that I was upset because my urine test was misplaced.
So apparently I went from no infection on the 16th to severe UTI that spread into my blood stream in 24hrs. And the hospital somehow lost a urine sample that McMullen said she didn’t need. There was no urine sample to loose, so I’m not sure why she said they lost something they never had.
I will add this letter on a latter date, because the file is too big, I need to scan it with a scanner to reduce the size.
But I did attach this letter to the other proofs sent to Health and Human Services, Joint Commission and Texas Medical Board. I have the original email with all of the attached files and the 2 page response from UT Health East Texas is part of the attachments.
Lack Of Supporting Evidence Says Texas Medical Board
I’m thinking that maybe they just believe whatever the doctor tells them when they let the doctor know there has been a complaint. I really don’t think anyone even actually reads the complaints.
The Texas Medical Board receives 9,000 ish complaints per year. That’s about 750 per month and 25 per day. AND of these 9,000 ish – only about 400 of those complaints get some kind of disciplinary action taken. That means that less than 5% are found to be punishable. The other 95% of complaints are DISAPPEARED for whatever reason they say. Mine was closed for “Lack Of Supporting Evidence” – I know for sure thats NOT TRUE….
I have not heard anything about Health and Human Services doing anything. I have also not heard anything about the Joint Commission taking action. All 3 of these agencies received the same information and proofs.
