This telephone visit 1/30/23 with Nurse Tracey W at UTMG Athens Gastro Clinic is a really short medical record.
Dr. Mapakshi scheduled my EGD for 1/31/23. Nurse Tracey called to confirm the appointment and time with me. Pretty much a reminder call from the nurse.

The Medical Bill For This UT Health Telephone Visit:
I checked my patient bills for 2023 and did not see any kind of bill for this telephone visit. Unfortunately, health insurance claims from around this time are not available in my Ambetter health insurance policy. The EOB for my insurance claims are only available for certain amount of time – then they disappear. So there is no way for me to verify 100% what exactly was billed to my insurance.
On This Day I had Been Taking Pantoprazole Non-Stop For:
- 11 months 22 days = 9 MONTHS and 22 days longer than the recommended 2 Months
- or 50 weeks 6 days = 42 WEEKS and 6 Days longer than the recommended 8 WEEKS
- or 356 days = 300 DAYS longer than the recommended 56 DAYS
FDA recommends that Pantoprazole be used in 8 WEEK treatment cycles. Protonics are not meat to be long-term medications – especially without monitoring from the prescribing doctor.

This article was created on 3/31/26 going through back UT Health medical records.
Today in 2026, I received a notice from the Texas Medical Board. I put in the Texas Medical Board complaint and I sent in many documents supporting my complaint.
The Texas Medical Board dismissed my complaint on McMullen and said that I didn’t provided enough evidence. So I’m absolutely amazed that the the Texas Medical Board had APPROVED McMullen’s health care. See the medical boards actual response here.
