Texas Medical Board InAction For Dr. McMullen Complaint

Texas Medical Board InAction for Dr. McMullen complaint is kind of unbelievable. I sent over lots of documents proving the validity of my complaint. They just didn’t want to move on any of it.

So I sent Over:

  • Proof of medication errors
  • Proof of failure to diagnose
  • Proof of medical records tampering
  • Proof of patient neglect
  • Proof of inaccurate record keeping
  • Proof of gas-lighting
  • ect.

Texas Medical Board said that I there wasn’t enough proof originally. I appealed the Medical Boards decision. Then I sent in a whole bunch of different types of documents to support my complaint.

For the Texas Medical Boards final decision on my appeal – the Medical Board said that it was because of “LACK OF SUPPORTING EVIDENCE‘. So all of those hours going through my messed up medical records and sending them “EVIDENCE” – I guess it wasnt enough for them them to investigate my claims.

I’m not anywhere close to being done with publishing my medical records and proofs of Malpractice. I publish everyday, but if its not done in an organized manor – I will miss something and misplace a document.

So all of the documents I sent to the Texas Medical Board for my complaint on Dr. McMullen will eventually all be available for viewing.

My Personal Opinion About The Texas Medical Boards Decision

Being that I have unfortunately spent way too much time with doctors in the past year – notice that they are a different kind of people. Its not their fault, they are taught this in doctor school.

They see patients as not – smart or uneducated. I get this. Doctors are supposed to know more about a patients health that the patient. They spent years in college to learn more than their patient. Understandable – whatever.

BUT when a patient has to self-diagnose because their doctor is going on about how she doesn’t know what’s wrong. Then the patient almost DIES because that same doctor refuses to admit that maybe the patient knows more than the educated doctor.

I’m thinking that the Texas Medical Board has some of doctor belief that patients are not smart – and uneducated. I think the Medical Board chose to overlook the proofs I sent in because I’m a patient and not a doctor – so I must not know anything. And of course, doctors are smart and they know everything – so whatever McMullen told the board must be the truth.

I would call this form of health care unacceptable and very dangerous.

This Is Only A Small Portion Of The Documents Sent In To The Texas Medical Board

  • Fact is that I told Dr. McMullen on July 14, 2025 that I believe that I had a bacteria infection.
  • McMullen said that she would have blood and urine test done 2 days later on the July 16, 2025.
  • On July 16, 2025 – McMullen did not order test to check for the bacteria infection – BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO BELIEVE THAT I WAS CORRECT.
  • She tested for a whole bunch of other stuff, but not a bacteria infection.
  • Then on July 17, 2025, something happened and I had some kind of attack.
  • I did contact Dr. McMullen on July 17, 2025 and told her what happened and she said – we have to wait for all of the lab results from the previous day. They apparently were not available to McMullen on that day.
  • Since I knew I was extremely ill, (((And My Doctor Was Unwilling To Provide Me WIth Medical Treatment))) went to the Dallas Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room for life saving care.
  • And from Dallas Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room, I was diagnosed with a severe UTI that passed bacteria into my bloodstream.
  • I was admitted into the hospital for 3 days treating the bacteria infection in my blood.

I did turn in all of the documents proving the facts listed above to the Texas Medical Board.

Unfortunately The Texas Medical Board did not agree with my complaint that Dr. McMullen fell below medical standards.

The Texas Medical Board didn’t even do an investigation with the proofs I sent them.

Pretty scary to know that the Medical Board finds this kind of medical care acceptable.

Why I’m Publishing This Medical Information?

I’m publishing this information, because its not OK.

Its not OK for a doctor to ignore a patients medical needs. I would have felt better about McMullen’s medical care if she just said – hey I think you would be better off with another doctor. At least then, I would have gotten effective medical care from somewhere else.

And Its not OK for the Texas Medical Board to overlook the information I turned in with the complaint. TMB might not have been my doctors, but if y’all are just gonna ignore valid patient complaints – What the point of even having a medical board?

I read on the TMB website that y’all work on making rules and some other kind of guideline type stuff. Hard to believe that McMullen didn’t break any kind of TMB rules.

Oh And Don’t Bother

Sorry Texas Medical Board, no point in trying to investigate the McMullen complaint now. Anything changed after today wouldn’t be from the Medical Boards position. If y’all are upset or embarrassed that y’all’s decision was made public – Maybe y’all should think about that when patients reach out to y’all for help.

Texas Medical Board is a state office so the “Official Decision” is going online
