I called on 5/5/2023 complaining about upper center back pain. Hannah T. talked to me about home remedies for pain relief. She then recommended that I go to the emergency room if I got worse before the newly scheduled clinic appointment with Dr. McMullen.

I went through my UT Health East Texas / Ardent Health medical bills, and I did not find any medical bills for this telephone visit with Hannah T. I do not have access to my Ambetter Health insurance EOB for this time period. So I am unable to verify through my past insurance claims that no claims were filed.

- or 64 weeks 3 days = 56 WEEKS and 3 DAYS longer than suggested 8 WEEKS
- or 451 days = 395 DAYS longer than the recommended 56 DAYS
The Food And Drug Administration (FDA) published the Pantoprazole drug label warning everyone that the PPI should be used in 8 WEEK treatment cycles. The FDA drug label also goes into details explaining that use of Protonix long-term can cause a lot of dangerous side effects including difficincies.
